All of our staff follow a comprehensive check-list that documents all the areas of your property that will be cleaned - from taps to ovens.
After cleaning each of your properties we'll leave a completed copy of our check-list - for whatever reason your tenants are unsatisfied with the level of cleanliness - they can contact us direct then we will ensure an EllsBells cleaner is deployed within 1 week.
